August Favourites

Screen Shot 2014-08-31 at 21.20.28I don’t know about you, but i really felt that August was a long month this year. However, in saying that I can’t believe we are into the September already. I mean this must seriously be the fastest year ever!!! August saw me back in work, for the first time in 11 months. To say it was a shock to the system would be an understatement. I really am not made to work at all. I think I would make a wonderful lady of leisure. A girl can dream I suppose.

This month’s favourites video is chocker block full of amazing products. I have not only been trying new things, but I have shopped my stash and rekindled my romance with old favourites. I have to be honest, I am really enjoying trying out the whole youtube thing, stick with me while I get the lighting and sound sorted, but I would love to hear what you guys think or if you have any ideas of things you might like to see in future videos.

Beauty products for pregnancy and beyond

Knowing what products you can and can’t use during pregnancy is a complete minefield. There are so many conflicting reports out there, that it is actually hard to find out what exactly you can and can’t use. I personally haven’t been OTT about watching what I used but as a rule of thumb, I went for as many paraben and sulphate free products as possible, while avoiding Salicylic acid, retinol, vitamin a, glycolic acid, hair removal products  and developing tans. January Favourites

Ok seriously. Where did the month of June go? In fact where did the first half of this year go. For me this has been the fastest school year since I started teaching.
