Becca shimmering skin perfector pressed in Moonstone

DSC_0218The Becca shimmering skin perfector pressed, was the first item on my hitlist when I went to Florida last month. I have heard so many good things about this powder highlighter and it had been on my mind for a long time. When Jaclyn Hill, one of my favourite YouTubers, raved about this, that I decided that my life would not be complete until I tried it.

DSC_0214The Becca Shimmering skin perfector pressed in the shade Moonstone, is a shimmering golden powder highlighter that is the perfect colour for Irish skintones. I am a massive fan of adding a powder highlighter to the tops of my cheeks, to give a glowy look to the skin and this powder highlighter from Becca hits the spot big time.

DSC_0246This is a creamy, soft and smooth highlighter that is very finely milled and with the right brush it applies to the skin like a dream. It is important to use a light hand when applying this highlighter as the colour payoff is unreal and you only need the smallest amount to get a gorgeous natural glow. I have tried applying this highlighter with a few different brushes and I find I am best off using a very soft fluffy brush rather than my normal denser brush, as if it applied to heavily it can look a little shiny. If this happens, just buff it in a little and you are back to gorgeous glowy skin.

DSC_0238I have been wearing this non stop since I got it in early July and every time I wear it my love for it’s beauty grows. It is on the saucy side price wise, but that shouldn’t put you off as, not only will it last for ages, it is just so worth the money. It is BEAUTIFUL. I have literally been telling everyone of my friends that will listen, to go out and buy this now and don’t feel the guilts over the price. You can buy it in SpaceNK on Grafton street, or online here for €37.
