Screen Shot 2015-07-05 at 16.36.09By the time this post goes live I will be a married woman. A scary thought!!! I mean how in god’s name can I be someones wife? Surely a wife in an apron wearing, iron loving, brown bread backing homely woman? Rather than a makeup loving hobbit!!

Screen Shot 2015-07-05 at 16.46.13A few weeks ago I posted a picture on Facebook of the bag in which my wedding shoes came in, and so many of you asked to see them. So I thought rather than just posting a picture, I would do something a little bit different and I decided to record an unboxing video. It was actually Laura from My Makeup Perspective that gave me the idea of this, as I really enjoyed her unboxing videos of her Louis Vuitton handbags. Yes you read that one right . BAGS!!!!

I hope that everyone takes this video in the way I intended it, and not that I am showing off. Trust me. It is very far from designer shoes I was raised.

Over the next few weeks, I will have a number of guest bloggers posting on The Beautiful Truth, to give me a helping hand while i am on honeymoon. I will also have a number of my own posts going live. I mean I couldn’t just leave the blog for 6 weeks, I would miss it too much.

    Sinead, I like you also had a pair of the beautiful louboutins for my wedding day. I had saved for them as like you said you only get married once and I dont regret it one lil bit. I felt amazing wearing them and I love them to bits. Yours are fab, I went for nude pink with super pointy toe and am saving up for a special occasion to wear them again xx
