At the beginning of the year, I posted a video on products that left me feeling a little on the disappointed side. So many of you loved that video and have requested an updated version of it. Over the past few months I have compiled a list of products that just didn’t do it for me and some that left me feeling very hard done by after parting with my hard earned cash and I thought it only fair that I should share these products with you guys.
With all the products that I try out every week there are bound to be a few that leave me wanting more. However, in saying that, just because they don’t work for me, doesn’t necessarily mean they won’t work for others. There are bloggers out there, who I know genuinely love a few of the products that I have mentioned.
I would love to hear about any products that have left you feeling a little Meh and if there are products in this video you love, let me know why. Maybe I’m not doing it right!!!
Enjoy xxx

June 22, 2015 at 4:24 pmI haven’t tried any of these but I really enjoyed the rant! 🙂 I’ve been finding more disappointing products these days than good ones. Products that haven’t worked for me – Herbal Essences dry shampoo, Sleek matte lip cream, Rimmel Brow This Way, Revlon ColorStay foundation…I really need to write a post!

June 23, 2015 at 6:03 pmI have found so many disappointing products lately but to just name 3 of them: YSL CCCream – it was awful on my skin and I felt was a product that served no real purpose
Benefit fake up – this looked like I mixed some clumpy Vaseline and foundation and threw it on my face. It just didn’t take to my skin at all and was really clumpy
Benefit pore perfection – this actually made my pores look bigger and it’s suppose to be a no1 seller!!
Loved the video review keep them coming xT

June 23, 2015 at 6:59 pmI’m using the ‘they’re real’ mascara – it’s actually quite good!! The push up liner was a total waste of money. Like complete waste. I like the Bathina and they used to have a gorgeous shower gel not sure if it came back but was gone for years. Some of the benetints are good aswell but as you say a lot of the products are over priced and not good.

June 25, 2015 at 12:12 pmHey Sinead,
LOVE LOVE your blog!!! I agree with everything you said!!! Especially about the AMAZING concealer…I have thought I was crazy because so many bloggers including Pippa O’Connor LOVE it…I think its thick, it cakes and there is very little coverage. I am like you I am obsessed with concealers …can’t beat MAC pro long wear!!!
Tan…I used to LOVE St. Tropez but that was 15 years ago when they were the only tan on the market. I know you didn’t like Vita Liberata Trystals…but have you tried a spray tan…its FLAWLESS…you should give it a go if you haven’t

June 26, 2015 at 10:52 pmIt’s mad, I had the very same experience that you had with St tTropez with a vita liberate spray tan before my wedding! But I’m super pale, and I always get them to turn the machine to half spray as my husband is sallow skinned so makes it look fake otherwise! Its the only spray tan that doesnt go patchy on my milk bottle complexion!
