Ready to have some seriously fabulous looking brows? Well if you’re a fan of sculpted looking brows, then Inglots latest release is going to be right up your street. This summer saw Inglot reaching out into the brow gel market with their new range of AMC brow gels.
Available in 12 different shades, I picked the shade number 17. I found that this was the closest to my natural colouring, without looking too ashy.Even with such a large range of colours, I do feel that if you have a very light colouring, you may have trouble finding a shade to match your own colouring. So make sure to go into the store to get matched up with the perfect shade.
The brow gel comes in 2 gram tub. On first impressions this tub is absolutely tiny. It just slightly bigger than a €2 coin. I thought Inglot was skimping out with the tiny amount of product that they gave, but the minute I used the brow gel I understood why it was this size. This brow gel is so pigmented that you only need to use the tiniest amount of product. I mean I barely touch my brush off the gel and then wipe the excess into the lid before touching my brows with it. If you don’t do this, you will 100% end up with a very strong looking brow.
The brow gel is very thick and opaque. As I mentioned above, you genuinely only need the tiniest amount of product and it is recommended that you draw a line along the bottom of your brow with an angled brush and then fill in tiny hair like strokes to avoid the thick block of colour.
To apply this brow gel, I use the Powder and Pout angled brush. This is a fantastic brow brush, as the density of the brush means that you can achieve both a natural looking brow and if you so desire a more full on strong brow. In fact, the brush hairs on this brush are better than any other angled brush I have tried for applying product to my brows. While this is an angled brush, I wouldn’t recommend it for eyeliners, as it the brush hairs are a little too harsh to use on your eyelids.
The brow gel is very long wearing and will last you from morning to night, with little to no fade. I actually started using this because I found that my brow pencils were leaving my brows looking a little sparse when I was filming. Now, I can’t see myself going back to my eyebrow pencils for a long time.
If you like a strong brow game, then I highly recommend the Inglot AMC brow gel. At €16 it isn’t overly expensive and considering how little product you actually use, it will be a very long time before you run out. You can buy it online here, but if you’re near an Inglot store, recommend going in and checking out the range of colour to get your exact match.
