What’s inside The Body Shop Beauty Advent Calendar?

Beauty advent calendars are a big deal! Forget opening a door everyday to reveal a little square of chocolate, as for most people this no longer cuts it when it comes to advent! We have now upped our game,  wanting all sorts of luxurious beauty goodies behind our advent calendar doors instead.

There is no arguing the fact that beauty calendars are not cheap. With promises of a large beauty bounty, luxurious samples and full size products, there is an ever growing amount of beauty calendars hitting the market each christmas. Unfortunately not all of these calendars are created equal and they don’t always live up to the hype that surrounds them . Sometimes with these calendars we can find ourselves with more sample size tat than actual luxury products.

For today’s post, I have decided to take the mystery out of The Body Shop Advent calendar and show you exactly what is inside. If you don’t want to ruin the surprise, I will also open this day by day on my Snapchat ( @thebeauttruth) and show you what is behind each of the magic doors.
The Body shop have 3 different size, and different price calendars available. The largest, which I was gifted, retails at €160 and promises to contain a range of makeup, skincare and beauty accessories. The packaging for this calendar is huge!!! So be warned if you do fancy picking this up, this is not an item that you want to be hauling around the shops while you do your christmas shopping, so make sure that it is the last product that you buy.
