A few weeks ago, my sister treated me to a makeover in Mac Galway for my hen party. As some of you may be aware, when you get your makeup done in Mac, the cost of the makeover is redeemable in product. I went for a full makeover, so that meant that I was able to pick out €50 worth of product. Sure no bother to me. I mean let’s call a spade a spade, I could have easily picked out 5 times that amount of product. I picked out Mac Mineralise skin finish natural in Give me Sun and the lipstick Viva Glam II.
Give me Sun is described as a ” light summer peachy tan” bronzer. This is the perfect bronzer shade for my skin tone and with a lighter touch, it would suit paler skin tones also. This is a fantastically buildable bronzer and the fact that it is matte, makes it perfect for contouring.
The Texture of Give me Sun is exactly what you want in a bronzing/contouring powder. It goes on easily and blends like a dream, meaning you can avoid any harsh looking lines on your cheeks. Seriously there is no need for a harsh looking contour with this bronzer. It feels lightweight on the skin and the fact that is is so finely milled and matte makes it look lovely and natural on the skin
While I only have Give me Sun a few week, I have developed a little bit of an obsession with it. I just love how it looks on my skin and it is so easy to work with. You can buy Give me Sun from any Mac store for €30 or online here.
