March Favourites

I can’t believe that it is nearly April. The time is literally flying by, but the good thing is that means we are getting closer and closer to the warm summer months. I literally can’t wait to feel the heat of the sun on my legs.

While I have tried to change up my makeup look everyday this month, there have been a few staples that I have used over and over again.

Nars Laguna Bronzer

This is my first ever Nars product to own and my god did I choose well. This is the perfect bronzer for a light natural powder contour. The Laguna bronzer gives a gorgeous natural glow to the skin, without looking muddy.  It is a light to medium brown colour with the smallest amount of shimmer, but nothing over powering. It costs €35 and can be bought online here. You can read a full review of the Nars Laguna Bronzer here

Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow wiz

I feel like there should be trumpets playing whenever I mention this brow pencil. Oh ladies, this is hands down a Holy Grail brow product. Since I wrote my initial blog review of this pencil, I have fallen more and more in love with it.I use the colour soft brown. It give then perfect statement brow, without looking drawn on or overpowering. I swear, the amount of people who have commented on my brows while wearing this is unreal. One of the best things about this pencil is how quick it is to apply. I use to take ages sculpting out my brows, but not with this bad boy. They are done in seconds. If you are like me and you brows need a little bit of an extra help, do me a favour, go buy this now.  Go onto Cultbeauty.co.uk and buy it. You can read a full review here

Inglot AMC Gel Eyeliner no 77

I should probably have renamed this post, My holy Grail post , as this is yet again another Holy Grail product. The AMC gel liner is the abolsute king of eyeliners. This champion of champions is waterproof, smudge proof, long wearing, blacker than black and stays on the waterline all day. What more could you want? A pot will set you back €15, but it will last for ages. You can read a full review here.

Hourglass Ambient lighting Blusher in Diffused Heat

I have had my eye on this little beauty for weeks and weeks now. As you know I am a huge fan of the Hourglass Ambient lighting finishing powders, so when I heard they had a range of blushers coming out, I had to have them. I didn’t want to order online as I wanted to play around with the 6 colours to see which one I wanted. If I am honest, I could have easily bought 4 of them. They are beyond beautiful. They blend into the skin so easily and seamlessly. I plan on doing a full review of this blusher in the coming weeks, but needless to say, I love, love, love it. You can buy them at here for around €32.50.

Inglot AMC Cream Concealer no 73

What am I doing with such a dark concealer I hear you ask? Well this is what I use for cream contouring. I tend to only slightly contour during the day with my Nars bronzer, but when I am going out at night, I go full on Kim Kardashian. This is absolutely brilliant as a cream contour. It blends into the skin so well and creates the perfect chiselled cheekbone look. This is another product which I will review in full next week. You can buy it for €15 at any Inglot store.

Wet N Wild Megalast lipstick in Spotlight red

Oh Lordy this lipstick. I can’t explain how beautiful this lippy is. This is literally the type of lipstick that makes men stop and look. This is an absolute gorgeous blue toned red. While some of the other lipsticks in the range can be drying on the lips, this one is like a dream. It is long wearing and doesn’t bleed. It only costs €2.99 so if you like a strong lip, go and buy this. You can get it on any Wet N Wild stand in Dunnes and Pennys.
