NYX Butter Gloss

Those of you that follow me on Facebook and Twitter will already know that I am a huge fan of NYX cosmetics. So when I went to the States recently, I couldn’t wait to get my hands on some new products and when I saw the Butter Glosses, I knew I had to have them all.

There are 12 different colours in this collection and I would own more than 4, only that they were sold out on nearly every NYX stand I found. A sign of just how popular these glosses are. The Butter glosses are the smoothest and most moisturising glosses I have tried. They are not sticky and they glide on like…. butter when applying. They do not dry out and are very lightweight on the lips.

As you can see from the swatches, these glosses are really pigmented and add loads of colour to your lips. They last pretty long for lip glosses and you would get about an hour without having to reapply. Although if you are like me, I top up my gloss every few minutes.

Have I mentioned the smell. Oh lads, these things smell so yummy you would want to eat them. They are also slightly flavoured but nothing that is off putting or over powering. Probably part of the reason I keep reapplying.

I love these glosses. I don’t think I can even pick a favourite. They cost $5 each in the States but you can buy them here for €6. Little more expensive, but so worth it.

Now here is the best part. NYX is coming to Ireland!!!! Oh holy sweet baby Jesus. NYX is coming to Ireland and I am going to be bankrupt. There isn’t a date for launch yet but it is happening. Keep your eye on Twitter or Facebook for my info on the upcoming launch.

I am quickly gathering a very impressive lipstick collection. I have a serious rainbow of colours, that would make any lipstick lover proud. So when I spied these little beauties from Urban Decay I just couldn’t leave them behind. Last Autumn, Urban Decay released the a range of lipsticks called Revolution. Maybelline Instant age rewind Eraser concealer Review

    Sinead everytime i visit your blog my bank card quivers cos i wanna buy everything you recommend!! these look fab and i wouldnt be a true Make Up Addict if i didnt have these in my collection? i mean i would totally be blanked by all other Make Up Addicts wont I??
