Philosophy Microdelivery exfoliating face wash

For me skin care needs to be quick, but effective. A very important part of any skin care regime is exfoliating. It is said that regular exfoliating helps to buffer out fine lines and give an even skin tone.  When it comes to exfoliating, the last thing I want to be doing is standing over a sink splashing water over my face and with squited eyes trying to find my towel to dry my face off. Bring in the Philosophy Microdelivery exfoliating wash.

The Microdelivery exfoliating face wash, is a mild facial cleanser that is said to “effectively cleanse the skin, while providing resurfacing benefits. ” I am not an expert on the science part of the ingredients, but I know that it is gentle enough on the skin to use every day.

The face wash itself comes in a gel type format with teeny tiny little particles. I use it when I’m in the shower and a little bit goes a long way. You massage it gently into the skin for about 30- 60 seconds and then rinse off. Quick and easy. My two favourite things. After Ryan Golsing and chocolate that it.

I have been using this for about 3 weeks now and the results are obvious . From the 1st time I used it it felt like my skin was softer. Where it really shone for me, was when my skin was feeling  scaly and yuck . Once I used this in the shower it gave my skin some life again. My skin felt fresh, soft and best of all not tight like some washes can make your skin.

I have got one complaint and that is the smell. I am hyper sensitive to smell and this was a little strong smelling for me, but since it gave such great results, I just hold my breathe when massaging it into my skin.

This has replaced my Ren exfoliating wash and I use it everyday, if not every second day. When this one is finished, there is no doubt I will be buying it again. In fact I would be very surprised if this wasn’t part of my skin care routine for a very long time to come.

I know some people might think that is on the expensive side for a face wash and you would be right, but at the end of the day, if you don’t take care of your skin now, you will regret is down the line.
