So I had a lovely lipstick post all ready to go today but I decided that I couldn’t hold back this little gem anymore. As a politician once said, this stuff is amazeyballs.
I first heard about This works Deep sleep pillow spray on Lovely Girlie Bits . I had been having trouble getting to sleep and would found myself tossing and turning till all hours of the night.I was beginning to lose my mind with the lack of sleep. Karen had written about how This works had carried out tests on 217 men and women who had problems falling asleep and that basically 83% of them nodded off much faster, 78% had a deeper sleep and 80% felt less tired in the morning. I am not one to mess with science and decided to give it a go.
Every night I spray a little bit in each corner of my pillow and one spray on the mattress, as I usually end up falling of my pillow.Either that or I’m pushed off in the war to have more blanket. The smell is predominantly of lavender but the spray itself contains essential oils of not only lavender but Vetivert and wild camomile too. The smell isn’t over powering and you stop noticing it after a few minutes. So does it actually work as the name suggests?
Lads this stuff had me in the land of nod in no time. It is the absolute business. The nights I don’t use it I don’t get as good a sleep. It doesn’t leave you with any grogginess like sleeping tablets do but I find I’m asleep as quick as if I took a pill. The boyfriend even start suggesting I spray a little bit on his pillow, as he loves it. When I wake up, I actually feel like I have had a decent sleep.
You can pick this works up in Arnotts and Boots or on feel unique for €20. I have been using my bottle almost every night for a month and there is a little more than half left. I can’t recommend this spray highly enough, especially if you have trouble sleeping. I have bought a number of bottles for different people for Christmas and I hope they like it as much as I do.
Have you tried This Works Deep sleep pillow spray before?
